About this place
When an appetite calls for pure beef flavour, Carne Kitchen delivers with its signature lean steaks. Cooked to a moist, tender finish, the meat pairs not only with the house sauce but also with salt, rosemary, and crispy fried garlic, allowing diners to vary each bite. Guests can select their preferred portion size for aged lean beef, or branch out into marbled A3 Kuroge Wagyu sirloin and lightly seared otoro cuts, tailoring the spread to the party's size and mood.
To lead into the mains, starters such as bagna càuda—where a savoury anchovy dip brings out the sweetness of warm vegetables—and a platter of 3 cured hams make ideal companions. The drinks list is just as varied, spanning more than 10 wines by the glass, homemade sangrias steeped with fruit, and generous mega highballs. Asking the staff for wine pairing suggestions adds an enjoyable touch to the meal.
For a more substantial spread, round out the table with pizza on a crisp, fragrant crust or a rich sea urchin cream pasta. An extensive selection of tapas-style small plates also makes it easy to structure a meal, whether sharing several dishes across a group or settling at the counter with a drink and selecting 1 plates at your own pace.
The interior offers a calm, casual atmosphere, with opening hours running from late afternoon on weekdays and early afternoon on weekends through to 2:00 the following morning. It serves equally well for an evening dinner with friends or a late-night unwind over meat and a glass of wine.
